You select 5–6 host participants (friends, family, mentors, etc.).
Your Treasure Stops map, timeline, and app release schedule are finalized.

We design the journey
We turn your stop submissions into a professionally crafted route with storytelling, suspense elements, emotional pacing, and meaningful sequence.
The route is set
On celebration day, the participant follows their route one stop at a time. They experience the day through the hearts of those who know them best.
Let the magic unfold
The request must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the Treasure Stops date.
Together, we coordinate where and how the participant will be “served.”
One week before the celebration, the participant receives a “You’ve Been Served” envelope, officially inviting them into their Treasure Stops birthday adventure.
We provide you with a structured planning form listing each stop (Stop 1, Stop 2, etc.) along with guided prompts and curated suggestions.
You collect input from each host and return the completed stop form to us.
Each host curates their own stop in their own unique way, we do not set up the stops; we create the experience around them.
We handle logistics, timing, location order, interactive prompts, riddles/notes, and all operational structure.
At this stage, we align transportation and confirm readiness behind the scenes.
Your Treasure Stops experience
begins to take shape.
Each stop is time-released through the Treasure Stops app to build anticipation.
The photographer is assigned and briefed.
Everything is now locked in for the big day, all moving parts synchronized.
A photographer captures 2–3 shots at each stop, with 2 images per stop featured in their final printed photo album.
They receive a 30–60 second cinematic highlight video capturing the adventure.
