📅 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A TREASURE STOPS EXPERIENCE? We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. This gives your hosts time to submit their stop ideas and gives us one full week to finalize your route, timing, logistics, riddles, and delivery of the You’ve Been Served envelope. 🎁 DO YOU HELP THE HOSTS PLAN THEIR SURPRISES? Treasure Stops does not plan or set up the surprises themselves. However, we provide each host with a curated list of ideas and inspiration they can choose from. The person booking the experience will submit the final plan for each stop, keeping every moment personal and authentic. ⏱️ HOW LONG CAN EACH STOP BE? Each stop must be between 10–30 minutes to keep the experience flowing. The only exception is the final stop, which can be longer if it serves as a drop-off or closing moment. 🕒 WHEN WILL EACH HOST KNOW THEIR EXACT STOP TIME? Before the experience begins, hosts receive a full schedule that includes: • Their exact start time • Their time window (10–30 minutes) • The clue or riddle the participant will solve to arrive This keeps everyone aligned without revealing the entire route. 📸 WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TREASURE STOPS EXPERIENCE? Your booking includes: • A Treasure Stops liaison to guide the entire route • Coordinated transportation between all stops for a seamless, stress-free experience. • A curated route within the designated city radius • A You’ve Been Served delivery moment • Custom riddles and suspense build-up • A professional photographer (2–3 images per stop) • A physical Treasure Stops photo album • A 30–60 second highlight video 🚗 IS TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED? Yes transportation is included. Your Treasure Stops experience includes coordinated transportation between all stops, allowing the celebrant to fully enjoy the journey without worrying about directions, timing, or logistics.. 📍 CAN STOPS BE OUTSIDE OF THE CITY? All standard stops take place within your city’s designated radius. Stops outside the radius may be added for an additional fee and must be placed at the beginning or end of the route — never in the middle. ⚠️ WHAT HAPPENS IF A HOST CANCELS OR ISN’T PREPARED ON TIME? Your Treasure Stops liaison will manage timing and flow to keep the celebration moving. If a host becomes unavailable, we will adjust and redirect the participant without disrupting the overall vibe. 👨👩👧 CAN KIDS OR OLDER FAMILY MEMBERS PARTICIPATE AS HOSTS? Yes — anyone meaningful to the celebrated person can host a stop. We simply ask that each host can commit to their assigned 10–30 minute time window.
